1. The equipment is composed of heater, evaporator, double channel condensing and cooling device. It is designed for the recovery of alcohol and other organic solvents. The evaporation and condensation areas are increased. A defoamer is installed on the top of the evaporation chamber to control the loss rate of organic solvents below 3% (WZA Series).
2. The whole operation process is carried out in vacuum state to avoid pollution and bubbles. The evaporation speed is fast, and the concentration specific gravity can reach more than 1.2.
3. The upper cover of heater is equipped with quick opening device for easy cleaning. And can be equipped with automatic drainage device, convenient operation, reduce labor intensity.
