1. Automatic control system
Based on the advanced DCS distributed control strategy, the chromatographic workstation can realize the control and data acquisition of pumps, valves and various on-line detectors. 2. Online detection system for traditional Chinese Medicine
It includes flow rate, pressure, temperature, pH value (optional), electrical conductivity (optional) and other conventional process parameters, and real-time detection of effective parts (or components) of traditional Chinese medicine by ultraviolet spectroscopy (matching) and near-infrared spectroscopy (matching).
3. Chromatographic column structure
The chromatographic column structure is well designed, reasonable height diameter ratio, precise inlet and outlet fluid distribution device, equipped with automatic filling system and air compressed gas interface, which ensures the chromatographic column filling effect and packing regeneration effect, and provides guarantee for efficient separation.
